The Southern Sunday Dinner #1
2 Tablespoons of garlic powder
2 cups of self-rising flour
2 Tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of black pepper
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 Teaspoon of curry powder
1 can of peas
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 box of mac n cheese (desire brand) (or home made will cover in future)
6 Pack of chicken thighs
Desire rice/ i chose wild rice
Season chicken with salt,pepper, garlic and curry powder. in a medium bowl
with a top put 2 cups of flour. In a large skillet bring cooking oil to medium heat.
put chicken in bowl of flour with lid and shake until chicken is covered. Place
chicken into skillet and let fry, flip after about 15 mins , or until desire
brown/tenderness. next follow instructions on rice pack and cook, also mac in
cheese. open can of peas and pout juices off, add 2 tablespoons of butter, season
with salt, pepper, and garlic until desire flavor.. allow to cook on low for 15 mins..
and serve with chicken , rice & mac n cheese….
Garlic Butter & Herb Burger !
* 1 Teaspoon of salt
* 1½ Teaspoon of Herb Seasoning ( Salt free)
* 1 Teaspoon of black pepper
* Sand-which bread
* 3 Teaspoons of butter
* 1 Tomato
* Beef Patty
* Slice american cheese
* Garlic powder
In a medium skillet , Bring to medium heat. season Beef patties with
salt, pepper, garlic powder and herb seasoning. Put patties in pan and
insert desire amount of bacon into skillet also and cover. Turn patties
and bacon after about 15 mins. In a small skillet melt butter and season
bread with garlic powder, herb seasoning and a pinch of pepper. Allow
bread to brown lightly. once patties has cooked to desire texture, Take
bacon and place over patty and apply slice cheese and cover until melted.
then make desire style, w/ lettuce, onions, tomato, ketchup etc….
This pasta dish is one of my favorite, I created this dish on valentines day 2012.
1 Green Bel pepper.
1 Box of Bowtie pasta.
1 Pound of shrimp.
1 Can of Italian diced tomatoes.
1 Jar Alfredo sauce.
2 Tablespoons of butter.
1 Container of sun-dried tomato & basil Philadelphia Cream Cheese Spread.
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of pepper
1-2 Tablespoons of garlic powder
In a medium skillet on medium heat, Add butter (allow to melt) and shrimp, salt, pepper, slice thin green Bel Pepper, garlic. Bring to a boil and stir mixture up. Allow shrimp to cook about 5 mins. Pour juices off tomatoes and add diced tomatoes, stir ingredients be sure that everything is mixed in good.Reduce heat to low. In a big pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add pasta and allow to cook until tender. Strain pasta, then add mixture of shrimp & tomatoes to pasta, also add container of Philadelphia cream cheese. Stir mixture until evenly mixed and serve hot.
My favorite breakfast Appetizer
Pancake Sausage Crisp !
2 ½ cups of pancake batter
1 cup of water or milk
1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
8-10 sausage links
Combine pancake batter and milk(or water) and mix, add more water if needed.
be sure that batter is thick. Heat cooking oil in medium pot to medium heat.
put sausages in batter and completely cover, then put battered sausages into
hot oil to fry, reduce heat and allow to cook until light brown. Serve how with syrup.
